Course Objectives

The Bata 5 Step Train the Trainer is a 3-day course that has been designed to provide trainers, training managers and those involved in training sales associates and store managers with the tools needed to facilitate an effective Bata 5 Step training course.

 

The new Bata 5 Step course is designed to help Store Managers, Sales Associates and anyone involved in customer facing sales improve sales and service through the implementation the Bata 5 Step.
