A carefully thought out and executed merchandising strategy is central to establishing and building a personal and long-lasting experience between brand and consumer.


Course Objectives

Merchandising Strategy is a highly participative 3-day course that has been designed to provide buyers and merchandising / distribution departments with the tools required to develop and execute a well thought seasonal merchandising plan.
