Coaching For Growth

Coaching for Growth is a highly participative and hands-on coaching course for company managers, and has been specifically designed to equip them with coaching tools required to handle the all important conversations company managers must have.

This course will help company managers to build business performance by accelerating the capability and experience of key reports; identify and retain top talent to build competitive advantage and build robust succession planning through coaching and development.

 

About The Facilitator

Alistair Gordon is the Chief Executive Officer of HFL and specialises in helping executive teams find clarity of purpose and positively engage with their wider organisation.

Alistair's business career includes running a large division of a public company, starting up, developing and then selling his own business, and consulting to a wide range of CEO and managing directors of small to medium sized businesses.

Alistair has a BSc from the University of Lancaster in Politics and Behaviour in Organisations, and is accredited in several psychometric and assessment methodologies. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, where he is a member of one of their Expert Panels.

This course uses a variety of highly contextualised coaching role plays to help participants hone their coaching skills through practice.
