The ability to build highly effective relationships and influence without authority is a much sought after skill by organisations round the world

This is a new 2-day program that has been designed with the objective to provide participants with a range of specific skills, behaviors and attitudes necessary to create an effective relationship and obtain the desired results without relying on the use of authority. 

The first day - Effective Relationship - will focus on the DISC model, which provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others. This can be within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships. 

During the one day training , participants  will learn how to quickly recognize the styles of other people and use the DiSC knowledge to build more effective relationships. Understanding behavioral styles enhances both personal and professional relationships by improving communication skills and reducing conflict. 

The second day – Influencing – will focus on identifying and understanding what is influence without authority and analysis of current communication and influence styles for strengths and blind spots.

Participants will develop a deeper ability to build rapport and empathy and will be equipped with an expanded toolbox of influencing strategies and applications.


Course Objectives

To increase the self-awareness and self-effectiveness from a relationship point of view, taking in consideration the different behavioral styles and the correct approach to influence other people.
