This is a 1 day program that has been designed with the objective to provide participants with a range of strategies and skills for improving their personal effectiveness. 

The objective of the one day Time Management course will be to show to the participants how to improve their performance by dropping old bad habits and replacing them with new time management techniques. Time management is based upon the application of many related skills including: setting goals, prioritisation, planning ahead, prevention of error, delegation, negotiation and avoiding procrastination.

Our goal is to stir the curiosity of each participant who wants to learn how to manage themselves impacts directly on personal effectiveness. Being self-aware, make the most of their strengths, learning new skills and techniques and developing behavioral flexibility are all key to improving personal performance. Great Managers are stars in managing their time!
