Training from BWN

A Stores Sales Improvement training course this summer offered 16 members of retail operations from Bata Kenya, Malawi, Uganda and Zambia a chance to focus on key elements of customer service. The training was held at the Bata Kenya office in Limuru, with the participation of Roberto Longo, Bata’s president of customer service.

On July 24 and 25, a new training program entitled “Effective Relationships and Influencing” was held at the Bata Training center in Guangzhou. Over 14 members of staff took part, from Bangladesh, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, China, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Kenya.
